Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months experience processing transactions (cash/digital).
• Minimum 1 year customer experience, recommending/referring products and services.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the lobby and assist with simple transactions.
• Demonstrate mobile app/ATM usage to customers.
• Provide personalized advice aligned with customers' financial goals.
• Follow all financial policies and cash handling procedures.
