Qualifications

• Interpret and apply child support enforcement laws, regulations, policies and/or procedures to ensure compliance and produce outcomes.
• Give guidance to others that promotes teamwork, improving member contributions and team results.
• Interact with a diverse public in a service setting to tactfully solve problems, sometimes in difficult situations where conflict is encountered.
• Work independently: plan, organize, and handle multiple priorities in a case management/caseload setting.
• Work in a considerate and respectful way as a team member to set, clarify and achieve individual and team goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead program agent on an assigned case management team, engaging families for success so they have the financial and family support they need.
• Manage the most complex cases across Locate, Establishment, Court, Enforcement, Interstate, and Review & Adjustment.
• May train and retrain Specialists in procedures to determine, assess and modify obligations and ensure compliance.
• May provide testimony in court proceedings when required.
