Job summary

MaineHealth is seeking a Telesitter Shift Leader to provide operational oversight of the department when leadership is not on site. You will help maintain program flow, coach staff, and uphold MaineHealth policies to ensure safety and quality during night hours.

This full-time night-shift role (7 PM–7 AM) supports Nursing/Clinical Support, with requirements including a high school diploma and healthcare experience; CNA preferred. Compensation aligns with MaineHealth pay scales.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of healthcare experience.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational oversight of the department when leadership is not on site.

Summary

Telesitter Shift Leader is responsible for providing operational oversight of the department when formal leadership is not on site. They will help maintain program flow and expectations The will provide support and coaching to staff. They will uphold all MaineHealth and departmental policies and procedures. They will help to manage in the moment staffing and census decisions to help maintain a culture of safety for the program.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities (KSAs)

• Education:High school diploma or GED Preferred
• License/Certifications:CNA Preferred, but not required
• Experience:2-5 Years of experience in a healthcare setting is required
• Additional Skills/Requirements Required:Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office

The pay range for this position is $19.10to $22.53 per hour.
