Job summary

MaineHealth is seeking a security leader to translate regional security strategy into tailored physical security programs for its hospitals and campuses. You will ensure alignment with system policies and procedures while coordinating with site-based stakeholders to deliver security services per SLAs.

The role requires extensive leadership in security, with at least five years in related fields and three years of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required. Professional certifications (CPP, CHPA, IAHSS) are valued, as are certifications in security training curricula (e.g., CPI, MOAB, ALICE).
• Five years' experience in law enforcement, private sector security, or the military with a minimum of 3 years supervisory/management experience.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities (KSAs)

• License/Certifications: Valid Drivers License required. Professional certifications (CPP, CHPA, IAHSS) are valued, as are certifications in any security related training curriculum (i.e., CPI, MOAB, ALICE, et al)

The pay range for this position is $34.35to $46.46 per hour.

Compensation for part-time positions isdeterminedon a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
