The American Red Cross in Louisville, KY is seeking a Telesales Specialist, RSG to drive revenue through inbound calls and B2C sales of training classes and Store products. This role uses consultative selling to uncover customer needs and recommend courses and products.

You'll handle transactions, document cases in Salesforce, and strive to meet annual revenue targets of $325K Training and $80K Retail, with a competitive hourly wage and commission.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED; higher education is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in a Call Center.
• Ability to multi-task across multi-system platforms.
• Strong influence and negotiation skills are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Handle inbound calls from customers interested in Red Cross courses or Store products.
• Act as consultant to uncover customer training and Store needs.
• Recommend and sell training classes and Store products based on customer needs.
• Process credit card transactions and place orders through Sales systems.
• Document and update all cases in Salesforce.
• Upsell Store products that complement class enrollment.
• Handle returns or cancellations per policy.
• Answer questions and address concerns about classes or products.
• Aim to achieve $325K Training revenue and $80K Retail revenue annually.
