Qualifikationen

• Experience in community outreach, health education, HIV prevention, or healthcare navigation.
• HS Diploma/GED preferred.
• Clinical experience with HIV prevention and harm reduction strategies.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Comfortable using computers, telehealth platforms, email, and electronic documentation systems.

Aufgaben

• Promote PrEP and TelePrEP services through community outreach.
• Provide culturally responsive PrEP education and answer questions.
• Explain the Philadelphia TelePrEP Program and COLOURS support.
• Engage clients in a welcoming, confidential, nonjudgmental manner.
• Assist clients with scheduling TelePrEP appointments.
• Help clients access technology and private space for telehealth.
• Assist with lab testing navigation through Labcorp/Quest.
• Identify barriers to PrEP access and connect to resources.
• Follow up after TelePrEP appointments and advise next steps.
• Invite eligible clients to participate in required surveys.
• Complete Outreach, Navigation, and Time-Activity Cost Logs accurately.
• Maintain organized program and research documentation while protecting confidentiality.
• Communicate questions to the research team.
• Report to COLOURS supervisor and join check-ins.
• Coordinate with Philadelphia TelePrEP Program and STEP-UP team.
• Participate in training, meetings, outreach events, and program activities.
