Job summary

Apicha Community Health Center is hiring a PrEP Navigator at our 400 Broadway site in New York, NY. The role focuses on engaging HIV-positive or high-risk individuals, coordinating PEP/PrEP navigation, and extending outreach in NYC communities.

The candidate will work with a multidisciplinary team, manage client records, and participate in health fairs and testing events to improve access to preventive care and services.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish or an Asian language preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively or independently as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct services to high-risk individuals under supervision.
• Conduct outreach and recruitment at HIV testing events and health fairs.
• Coordinate care with clinical team and other departments.
• Maintain accurate records and timely reporting of services.
