Workforce.miami is seeking a proactive Precious Metals & Rare Coin Phone Sales Representative. This full-time role involves handling high-volume outbound calls, educating clients on coins and precious metals, and closing major transactions over the phone.

You will build a profitable book of business with warm leads, supported by proven sales frameworks and ongoing product training. Prior numismatic knowledge is a plus, and a base salary with uncapped commissions offers substantial earning

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of proven phone sales experience (outbound or inbound).
• Experience with high-ticket or luxury/precious metals sales is a plus.
• Strong verbal communication and ability to build trust during calls.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and daily dialers.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport quickly, handle objections, and guide prospects from initial pitch to close.

• Hit daily and weekly activity, call volume, and production goals.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records and pipeline notes in our CRM.
• Manage your personal book of business and execute consistent follow-ups.

Compensation: Base Salary ($45,000 – $60,000) + Uncapped Commission (Target OTE: $100,000 – $250,000+ per year)

Role Overview

We are seeking a driven, high-energy Telephone Sales Representative with a minimum of 2 years of outbound or inside phone sales experience. In this role, you will manage a high-volume outbound pipeline, consult clients on wealth protection and collectible acquisitions, and close high-ticket transactions over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calling to prospective and existing clients daily.
• Build rapport quickly, handle objections effectively, and guide prospects from initial pitch to close.
• Educate clients on rare numismatic coins, gold/silver bullion, and precious metals portfolios.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of proven phone sales, outbound sales, or high-ticket sales experience (precious metals, insurance, financial services).
• Track Record: A documented closing record and high tolerance for a fast-paced outbound sales floor.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication, a confident phone presence, and the ability to build immediate trust.
• Drive: Competitive, self-motivated, and production-driven mindset.
• Technical Skills: Comfortable with computers, CRM systems, and daily dialers.
• Note: Prior numismatic or coin knowledge is a strong plus, or we will train the right closer.
