Job summary

Osborne Coinage Co. in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a motivated Sales Manager to grow our precious metals and numismatic product line.

You will cultivate relationships with collectors, investors, dealers and distributors, drive new business, and promote licensed coin programs to meet revenue goals. Ideal candidates have a 4-year degree with 3+ years in sales, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for coins and collectibles.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree plus 3 years related sales experience (preferred).
• Proven success in sales, business development, or account management.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop and maintain strong relationships with collectors, investors, dealers and distributors.
• Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, networking, and outbound sales activities.
• Promote and sell precious metal products, minting capacity, collectible coins, and commemorative medallions programs.
• Provide expert product recommendations based on customer interests and objectives.
• Source and promote licensed precious metal coin and medallion programs to prospective customers.
• Follow up on leads and sales opportunities to maximize conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity within the CRM / Group Sales funnel system.
• Support the internal product development group.
• Stay current on market trends, product releases, and industry developments.

Key Responsibilities
