• Communicates with interprofessional teams and serves as a clinical resource on policies and procedures.
• Collaborates with medical staff to ensure consistent interdisciplinary plans of care and patient throughput.
• Provides schedules and on-call coverage; resolves staff and physician issues.
• Monitors staffing levels and collaborates on payroll with Nurse Manager.
• Supports professional development and Magnet/Shared Governance initiatives.
• Provides patient care support as needed.
