Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• 3 years as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting.
• Strong communication and patient-centered care skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading daily unit operations and serve as a clinical role model.
• Coordinate patient care delivery and flow through the continuum of care.
• Support staff scheduling and payroll collaboration with Nurse Manager.
• Participate in Magnet and Shared Governance initiatives and clinical ladder.
• Collaborate with interprofessional teams to ensure quality patient care.
• Provide timely responses to issues and ensure patient safety and discharge planning.
