Hackensack Meridian Health seeks anRegistered Nurse at Jersey Shore University Medical Center to provide high-quality patient care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, patient education and safe medication administration in a busy hospital setting.

Required NJ nursing license, BLS/CPR within 60 days, ACLS, and a minimum of 6 months RN experience or participation in the Hackensack Meridian Health Nurse Residency.

Competenze

• Current and valid New Jersey Nursing license is required.
• BLS/CPR certification by American Heart Association within 60 days of hire.
• ACLS required.
• Minimum 6 months nursing experience or active participation in the Hackensack Meridian Health Nurse Residency program.
• Telemetry experience preferred.
• BSN in progress or willing to acquire within three (3) years of hire.
• Strong teamwork, accountability and patient-focused care.

Mansioni

• Deliver nursing care according to evidence-based research, policies and standards of care to ensure safe, individualized patient care.
• Ongoing communication with patients, nursing colleagues and other care team members.
• Medication administration utilizing bar-scanning and documentation technologies for safe delivery.
• Point-of-Care electronic documentation of assessments, plans and evaluations.
