RWJBarnabas Health's Jersey City Medical Center is seeking a Telemetry/Medical-Surgical RN for a full-time day shift. The role emphasizes comprehensive patient care, collaboration with physicians, and high standards of safety in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants must hold an active New Jersey RN license (or Multistate with NJ endorsement), BLS and ACLS within 6 months. A BSN is preferred, with prior telemetry/med-surg experience and EPIC EMR familiarity.

Formación

• Active New Jersey RN license in good standing or Multistate with NJ endorsement.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification; ACLS required within 6 months from date of hire.
• BSN strongly preferred; prior telemetry/medical-surgical experience favored.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EPIC) is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and recognize clinical changes.
