Ideal candidates hold an active NJ RN license and BLS certification; a Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred, with EMR experience (EPIC) highly valued.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Registered Nurse license in good standing.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and recognize subtle clinical changes, intervening early.
• Provide safe, evidence-based medications, treatments, and hands-on care grounded in clinical judgment.
• Serve as a clinical partner to physicians and advanced providers, offering insights that support timely care decisions.
• Provide clear, compassionate education to patients and families so they feel informed and supported.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation within the EMR to promote continuity and safety.
• Contribute to interdisciplinary rounds to drive seamless communication and transitions of care.
• Collaborate in a highly social team environment where shared accountability improves outcomes.
