Job summary

EMERUS is seeking a Tele RN for ICU/MCU/Step Down with higher-acuity inpatient experience in a fast-paced hospital setting. You will assess, plan, direct and evaluate patient care while coordinating with interdisciplinary teams and telemedicine providers.

The role is a Day Shift on weekends (Fri–Sun 7am–7pm) in a 20-bed small-format hospital, with differential pay and comprehensive benefits including 401K match, referral bonuses, and free parking.

Qualifications

• 2+ years RN experience in Telemetry/ICU or related roles.
• Current state RN licensure without sanctions.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS preferred.
• English fluency for speech and writing.
• PA Act 33/Act 73 clearances completed or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, direct and evaluate patient care for higher acuity in a fast-paced hospital.
• Follow physician orders and maintain patient privacy and infection control.
• Perform admissions, discharges and transfers; support lab procedures.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and telemedicine providers.
• Support stabilization of critically ill patients and ventilated cases.
