Job summary
Emerus Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Tele RN with ICU/step-down experience for a full-time role at a small-format hospital (20 beds).
The weekend shifts (Fri-Sun, 7am-7pm) offer a $8/hr differential stacked on base pay, with night/weekend differentials and a collaborative team environment. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in Telemetry/ICU or related care, Pennsylvania RN licensure, BLS/ACLS, and strong collaboration skills to support interdisciplinary teams and patients requiring advanced
Qualifications
- 2+ years full-time RN experience in Telemetry/ICU, or 2+ years combined healthcare experience, required.
- Current state RN licensure without sanctions, required.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications; PALS strongly preferred.
- PA Act 33 and Act 73 clearances completed within last 5 years or must be obtained before start.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Responsibilities
- Plan, prioritize, and provide age-appropriate nursing care with advanced clinical skills.
- Follow physician orders in delivering nursing care.
- Protect patient privacy and confidentiality at all times.
- Adhere to infection control and aseptic techniques.
- Collect labs and perform tests per policies and CLIA regulations.
- Handle admission, discharge and transfer procedures.
- Assemble equipment for procedures and assist as needed.
- Comply with hospital policies and state nursing practice standards.
