Job summary

Emerus Holdings, Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for Telemetry/ICU care on the NIGHT shift and WEEKENDS at our 20-bed small-format hospital.

You will assess, plan, and provide nursing care for high-acuity patients, with emphasis on rapid response and collaboration with telemedicine teams. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in Telemetry/ICU, strong cardiac rhythm interpretation, and comfortable with advanced respiratory therapies.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or Nursing Diploma required; BSN preferred.
• Current state RN licensure without sanctions.
• 2+ years full-time RN Telemetry/ICU experience; or 2+ years in related roles.
• Current BLS and ACLS; PALS preferred.
• English fluency; Act 33/73 clearances within last 5 years or before start date.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prioritize, and provide age-appropriate nursing care.
• Follow physician orders in nursing care delivery.
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
• Adhere to infection control and aseptic techniques.
• Collect specimens and perform lab testing per policies.
• Manage admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Prepare equipment for diagnostic or treatment procedures.
• Ensure compliance with nursing standards and regulations.
