Job summary

Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center in New Jersey seeks an experienced RN for the Telemetry Float Pool (evening shifts). You will work across units such as Coly Rectal, Medical/Surgical, CTICU Stepdown, Neuro Stepdown, plus the Heart Failure and Stroke Units to build your clinical knowledge.

A collaborative team culture and a high-speed environment support growth for new graduates transitioning to competent nurses. Required: NJ RN license and BLS; preferred BSN or active enrollment.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Completion of all orientation requirements.
• Successful completion of all orientation programs.
• BSN preferred or currently matriculating.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Telemetry Float Pool.
• Assist with discharge planning and patient education.
• Delegate tasks as appropriate while maintaining accountability.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient status.
• Ensure patient safety and privacy.
