Job summary

Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center is seeking an RN for the Telemetry Float Pool in New Jersey. The role features a 12.5-hour shift pattern (7p–8a), full-time schedule, and every-other-weekend obligation.

You will work across Coly Rectal, Medical/Surgical, CTICU Stepdown, Neuro Stepdown, Heart Failure, and Stroke units, contributing to a collaborative team environment and supporting new graduates transitioning to practice.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Completion of all orientation requirements of Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center.
• Successful completion of all orientation programs.

Responsibilities

• Delivers patient care per established standards and policies.
• Assists with discharge planning and ensures teaching discharge plans are prepared.
• Maintains patient safety, privacy, and confidentiality at all times.
