RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a highly dedicated Registered Nurse for the Telemetry Float Pool at the New Brunswick campus. The role involves night shifts, 36 hours per week, delivering nursing care to patients across telemetry units with diverse clinical needs.

The RN will work within the Nurse Practice Act, collaborate with the care team, ensure safety, and support ongoing learning. NJ license, BLS/ACLS, and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• ASN or Nursing Diploma is required.
• BSN preferred within 5 years of hire.
• BLS and ACLS certification; active New Jersey Registered Nurse license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the Nurse Practice Act and regulatory standards.
• Ensure patient safety and apply evidence-based practice principles.
• Supervise and direct delegation of tasks to appropriate team members.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to deliver high-quality care.
• Prioritize interventions with measurable outcomes toward patient improvement.
• Maintain knowledge of patient populations served and adapt care accordingly.
