Job summary

RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a highly dedicated Registered Nurse for our Telemetry Float Pool Department at the New Brunswick campus.

The float pool nurses provide nursing care across multiple units, including trauma, neurology, cardiology, orthopedics, and oncology, with a focus on teamwork and patient safety. ASN/ Diploma required; NJ RN license; BLS/ACLS; BSN preferred within 5 years; 36 hours/week, night shift, rotation.

Qualifications

• ASN or Nursing Diploma required; active New Jersey RN license.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; proficient computer skills.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care across the telemetry float pool units with a focus on safety and quality.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to team members and collaborate with care providers.
• Maintain priorities and apply evidence-based practice to patient care.
