RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Telemetry Float Pool at the New Brunswick campus. This role covers a diverse patient population across telemetry units with a focus on safety, quality care, and collaboration within the care team.

The position requires an ASN or Nursing Diploma, NJ RN license, and BLS/ACLS certifications. BSN preferred or to be completed within 5 years. Night shift is 7p–7:30a, 36 hours per week, with some weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• ASN or Nursing Diploma required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• BSN preferred or must be completed within 5 years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the scope of practice as defined by the Nurse Practice Act and standards.
• Maintain safety and apply evidence-based practice; communicate with care team.
• Report safety hazards and medical errors promptly.
• Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team and supervise delegated tasks.
• Set and evaluate priorities with measurable outcomes in patient care.
