Qualifications

• ASN or Nursing Diploma is required.
• BSN preferred within 5 years of hire.
• At least 2 years of Medical-Surgical experience.
• BLS and ACLS certification.
• Active New Jersey Registered Nurse license.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the Nurse Practice Act and regulatory standards.
• Maintain patient safety and apply evidence-based practice.
• Report safety issues and participate in improving patient care.
• Know the patient population served and collaborate with team members.
• Set priorities and use the nursing process to address patient needs.
