Job summary

RWJBarnabas Health in New Brunswick, NJ, is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Telemetry Float Pool. This role supports multiple units across the campus, delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced, Magnet-designated teaching hospital environment.

The position requires ASN or Nursing Diploma with NJ RN license, BLS/ACLS, and strong communication. Night shift, 36 hours per week, 7:00 pm–7:30 am, with weekend/holiday rotations. Excellent benefits and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• ASN or Nursing Diploma required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.
• Proficient computer skills required.
• Active New Jersey RN License and BLS/ACLS certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the scope of practice and ANA code of ethics.
• Ensure safety and apply evidence-based practice in patient care.
• Report hazards and medical errors; maintain knowledge of patient population served.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to team members and collaborate with providers.
• Set and evaluate priorities with measurable outcomes.
