Job summary

GE HealthCare is seeking a Field Engineer II to provide field support for Patient Monitoring/Telemetry/Diagnostic Cardiology equipment in the Seattle metro area. The role performs Preventative Maintenance, installations and repairs, and drives customer satisfaction through service excellence.

You will work with experienced engineers, support on-call rotations, and participate in account activities to identify value-added services for customers.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical/ Biomedical/ Mechanical Engineering or related field; OR equivalent military education; OR GEHC Biomed/FE Services Internship or Military Externship program; OR 6+ years of experience servicing electronic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform Preventative Maintenance, Installations, Corrective Repairs and FMIs on GE HC equipment in Seattle metro area.
• Assist less experienced field engineers with equipment installation.
• Troubleshoot and repair advanced equipment; communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction.
