Job summary

Core Equipment Group is seeking a Telematics Coordinator to manage telematics devices, subscriptions, and fleet data for dealer-owned equipment. You will coordinate with Service, Parts, and Sales to ensure all machines are connected, reporting, and optimized for uptime and cost savings.

The role includes onboarding new customers, driving Pro Care subscriptions, and producing regular fleet performance analyses for customers, with strong emphasis on timely issue resolution and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in heavy construction equipment or telematics preferred.
• Experience with telematics platforms and dealer management systems preferred.
• Associate degree or higher in Business, IT, Construction Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Activate, register, and manage telematics subscriptions for dealer-sold and dealer-managed equipment.
• Monitor fleets and produce actionable fleet performance reports.
• Onboard new customers to telematics platforms and conduct trainings.
• Drive renewals and upsell subscriptions (Telematics and Pro Care).
• Coordinate with Service, Sales, and Parts to ensure devices are installed and reporting.
