Concentric, LLC in the United States is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage fleet information, data, and processes. You will support leaders and field personnel with registrations, telematics, driver logs, and related tasks to ensure excellent customer service.

Reporting to the Fleet Manager, you will maintain records, monitor fuel usage, coordinate maintenance, generate reports, and handle communications with customers and vendors. Travel up to 5%.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or GED; associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years of fleet monitoring/management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams) and strong communication.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain attendance and punctuality.
• Coordinate vehicle upkeep and maintenance schedules.
• Monitor fuel usage and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Maintain vehicle registrations, maintenance records, driver data.
• Provide fleet documentation and telematics support.
• Generate reports on fleet performance and DOT compliance.
• Ensure confidentiality in handling data.
• Handle high volume of daily tasks and interdepartmental communications.
