- Promote Connected Support solutions: build awareness and demonstrate value of telematics and related tech to customers and internal teams.
- Provide training and technical support: deliver training and ongoing support for telematics platforms, remote diagnostics, etc.
- Serve as a technology resource: be the primary contact for connected machine technology, product updates, and manufacturer communications.
