Leslie Gilley Insurance Agency is seeking a part-time Customer Outreach Specialist to help grow the agency through proactive outreach and lead generation. You will attend community and outreach events, make outbound calls, qualify leads, and support marketing campaigns while working in a hybrid/remote setup from Crestwood, KY.

This role requires a strong work ethic, goal-driven attitude, and comfort with rejection.

Responsabilités

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote State Farm insurance products and services.
• Identify and qualify leads for agents by gathering relevant customer information.
• Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns or referrals to schedule appointments for agents.
• Maintain and update a database of prospects and customer interactions.
• Ensure all communications adhere to State Farm guidelines and compliance standards.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

As a Customer Outreach Specialist for Leslie Gilley Insurance Agency, you will drive the continued growth of our agency by generating new leads, following up with prior customers, and supporting marketing event lead generation. You will also represent our agency through targeted outreach, including community events and outreach events, to build relationships and connect with new prospects.

PART-TIME

20-25 hours per week

• Potential to obtain additional hours based on success.

6427 W. Highway 146, Suite 1, Crestwood, KY 40014, HYBRID, REMOTE
