Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN license.
• Virginia RN license or reciprocal compact state.
• BSN preferred; ADN required to obtain BSN within five years.
• Three years acute care nursing experience.
• BLS certification.
• Proficient with computer and EMR systems.

Responsabilités

• Perform virtual nursing assessments via two‑way video conferencing.
• Coordinate with bedside nurse and care teams for patient care.
• Develop and monitor care plans with interprofessional teams.
• Document encounters in the EMR and report outcomes.
• Lead education and governance activities and staff development.
