Qualifications

• Associate degree required
• Ohio RN license active
• 3–5 years of job-related experience preferred
• BSN preferred; BSN completion or professional certification may be required

Responsibilities

• Handle admissions and discharges within the virtual care model
• Provide patient/family education and support
• Rounding and collaboration with bedside nurses and inter-professional team
• Contribute to performance improvement and regulatory compliance
