Mary Washington Healthcare is seeking a Virtual Registered Nurse to deliver professional nursing care through two-way audio/visual technology. You will assess patients, develop care plans, and document electronically while collaborating with bedside nurses and care teams.

The role emphasizes leadership in unit projects, staff coaching, and participation in governance activities to improve quality and patient outcomes. Virginia RN licensure and BLS are required, BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN license (Virginia or reciprocal).
• BSN preferred; ADN holders must obtain BSN within five years of hire.
• Three years of acute care nursing experience.
• AHA BLS Provider CPR.
• Computer skills and ability to enter/retrieve data in EMR and other software.

Responsabilités

• Provide virtual nursing care via two-way audio/visual technology.
• Assess patients, create and adjust care plans, and document in EMR.
• Coach and mentor staff; participate in unit governance and education initiatives.
• Lead quality and safety initiatives and serve as resource for nursing staff.
