Job summary

MySpectrum Counseling & Coaching is expanding its clinician team to provide flexible telehealth and in-person opportunities across the United States. Clinicians are W-2 employees with operational support, while maintaining clinical independence to deliver high-quality care.

We value cultural humility, with a focus on serving Black and African American communities and other historically underserved groups, alongside a collaborative clinical community and strong scheduling support.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinician with behavioral health licensure in one or more states listed (LCSW/LPC/LMFT/LCP).
• Demonstrated experience delivering care to diverse populations via telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy via telehealth.
• Complete timely clinical documentation.
• Develop and maintain treatment plans.
• Coordinate care as clinically appropriate.
• Maintain all applicable licensure and professional requirements.
