Job summary

MySpectrum Counseling & Coaching is expanding its clinician team to provide flexible telehealth therapy across diverse communities. Clinicians are W-2 employees with operational support while maintaining clinical independence.

Both part-time and full-time opportunities are available. Licensed therapists in relevant states provide compassionate, evidence-based care, with a focus on cultural humility and serving historically underserved communities.

Qualifications

• Licensed in one or more states (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LCP) and eligible for credentialing with major insurance panels.
• Cultural humility and ability to work with diverse populations.
• Comfort with telehealth and remote work infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy via telehealth.
• Complete timely clinical documentation.
• Develop and maintain treatment plans.
• Coordinate care as clinically appropriate.
• Maintain all applicable licensure and professional requirements.
