MySpectrum Counseling & Coaching in the United States is expanding its clinician team to more closely reflect the diverse communities we serve. We are a practice, not a platform, and our clinicians are direct employees who receive operational support while maintaining clinical independence to provide excellent care.

We offer flexible telehealth and in-person opportunities where available. We welcome licensed therapists who bring cultural humility, experience serving Black and African American

Competenze

• Licensed in one or more states; must hold an active, unrestricted behavioral health license.
• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care.
• Understand how culture, identity, family, and community influence mental health.
• Experience serving culturally diverse populations.

Mansioni

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy via telehealth.
• Complete timely clinical documentation.
• Develop and maintain treatment plans; coordinate care as clinically appropriate.
• Maintain all licensure and professional requirements.
