MySpectrum Counseling & Coaching is expanding its clinician team to reflect diverse communities. We offer telehealth and in-person opportunities where available, with flexible schedules and W-2 employment.

Clinicians receive biweekly pay and comprehensive operational support while maintaining clinical independence. We value cultural humility, provide access to a broad range of insured clients, and support you with scheduling, credentialing, and billing assistance in a collaborative clinical

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted behavioral health license in one of the listed states (see below).
• Experience delivering compassionate, evidence-based care.
• Understanding how culture, identity, family, community, and lived experience influence mental health.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy via telehealth.
• Complete timely clinical documentation.
• Develop and maintain treatment plans.
• Coordinate care as clinically appropriate.
• Maintain all licensure and professional requirements.
