Job summary

MySpectrum Counseling & Coaching is expanding its clinician team to meet diverse community needs through flexible telehealth opportunities and optional in-person work where available. Clinicians are W-2 employees with operational support while maintaining clinical independence.

We welcome licensed therapists who value cultural humility and have experience serving diverse populations, including Black and African American communities.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active, unrestricted behavioral health license in one or more states listed.
• Licensed as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LCP and eligible for credentialing with major insurance panels.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy via telehealth.
• Complete timely clinical documentation.
• Develop and maintain treatment plans.
• Coordinate care as clinically appropriate.
• Maintain all applicable licensure and professional requirements.
