MySpectrum Counseling & Coaching is expanding its clinician team to reflect the diverse communities we serve. We offer flexible telehealth opportunities and in-person options where available, with control over your schedule and caseload.

Clinicians are W-2 employees who receive operational support while maintaining clinical independence. We look for licensed therapists who can support Black and African American individuals and other underserved communities, with a commitment to cultural humility

Formación

• Licensed clinicians with unrestricted behavioral health licenses.
• Experience delivering care to culturally diverse populations.
• Comfortable with telehealth and remote work environments.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy via telehealth.
• Complete timely clinical documentation and treatment plans.
• Coordinate care and maintain licensure and professional requirements.
