Job summary

MySpectrum Counseling & Coaching is expanding its clinician team to provide flexible telehealth opportunities, with in-person options where available. Clinicians are W-2 employees receiving support for administration, scheduling, credentialing, and billing, while maintaining clinical independence.

Both part-time and full-time opportunities are available. We seek licensed therapists who bring cultural humility, experience serving diverse communities, and a commitment to reducing barriers to care.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active, unrestricted behavioral health license in Texas.
• Experience working with diverse populations.
• Flexibility to join now and grow the caseload.
• Access to a computer suitable for telehealth sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy via telehealth.
• Complete timely clinical documentation.
• Develop and maintain treatment plans.
• Coordinate care as clinically appropriate.
• Maintain licensure and professional requirements.
