Job summary

MySpectrum Counseling & Coaching is expanding its clinician team to provide flexible telehealth or in-person therapy where available. We hire licensed behavioral health professionals as W-2 employees who receive operational support while maintaining clinical independence.

Part-time and full-time opportunities exist. Licensure in one of the listed states is required, with a focus on serving culturally diverse communities and reducing barriers to care.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted behavioral health license in listed states.
• Licensed as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LCP.
• Experience serving culturally diverse populations.
• Ability to provide sessions via telehealth and maintain HIPAA-compliant space.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy via telehealth.
• Complete timely clinical documentation.
• Develop and maintain treatment plans.
• Coordinate care as clinically appropriate.
• Maintain licensure and professional requirements.
