Job summary

MySpectrum Counseling & Coaching is expanding its clinician team to include licensed therapists for telehealth and in-person opportunities where available. We welcome applicants who bring cultural humility and experience serving Black and African American communities and other historically underserved populations.

Clinicians are direct employees (W-2) with operational support while maintaining clinical independence.

Qualifications

• Hold an active, unrestricted behavioral health license
• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care
• Understand how culture, identity, family, community, and lived experience can influence mental health
• Have experience serving culturally diverse populations
• Want to help reduce barriers to high-quality behavioral healthcare
• Value clinical autonomy while being part of a supportive practice

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy via telehealth
• Complete timely clinical documentation
• Develop and maintain treatment plans
• Coordinate care as clinically appropriate
• Maintain all applicable licensure and professional requirements
