You will communicate with end users, gather requirements, schedule work, and train on hardware and some software. On-call support is required 24x7 to resolve issues efficiently.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience in IS Field Services required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, install and support new and existing virtual health applications, devices and peripherals.
• Communicate with end users to determine needs, schedule work and provide basic training on hardware and some software.
• Provide Tier 1 on-call support in a 24x7 environment, diagnosing and resolving hardware and application-related problems.

Education

H.S. Diploma or GED Required

Associate's Degree in IT field Preferred
