Job summary

Roles are remote with flexible days and hours; monthly team meetings are held virtually; compensation is hourly with health insurance for those able to offer full-time hours, and the company supports growth through team-based care.

Qualifications

• Must be fully licensed (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC) and open to licensing in alternative states (AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, WA)
• Significant prior clinical experience as a clinical psychotherapist is preferred but not required
• Experience with diverse populations such as LGBTQ+ and transgender community desired
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Solid computer and basic technology skills

• We emphasize regular staffing with your collaborating prescribers, at least monthly, to discuss patient cases or clinical topics.
• Clinical work is performed from home, and days and hours are per the clinician's choosing. Clinical team meetings are also virtual.
