Job summary

BlueSky Telepsych is a clinician-led telehealth provider offering patient-centered behavioral health care. Clinicians set their own days and hours for remote work and participate in monthly staffings with prescribers to discuss cases and clinical topics.

We emphasize collaboration across psychiatric and counseling teams, with autonomy to act in the patient's best interest while avoiding corporate administrative interference. Licensure in multiple states is supported.

Qualifications

• Must be fully licensed (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC) and open to licensing in alternative states.
• Significant prior clinical experience as a clinical psychotherapist is preferred but not required.
• Experience with diverse populations such as LGBTQ+ and transgender community desired.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Solid computer and basic technology skills

Responsibilities

• Clinical work is performed from home, and days and hours are per the clinician's choosing.
• Regular staffing with collaborating prescribers, at least monthly, to discuss patient cases or clinical topics.
• Coordinate and collaborate actively between Psychiatric and counselor providers.
• Caseloads build rapidly and clinicians can discuss cases with colleagues across the company.
