Job summary

BlueSky Telepsych is a clinician-led, telehealth behavioral health company offering autonomy to clinicians to practice in the patient’s best interest without corporate interference.

Clinicians build caseloads quickly and collaborate in teams with prescribers. Work is performed from home with virtual meetings, and compensation is hourly with medical insurance available for full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Must be fully licensed (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC) and open to licensing in alternative states (AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, WA).
• Significant prior clinical experience as a clinical psychotherapist is preferred but not required.
• Experience with diverse populations such as LGBTQ+ and transgender community desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy from home with flexible days/hours.
• Collaborate with prescribers and therapists to coordinate patient care.
• Attend regular virtual staffing and case discussions.
• Coordinate between psychiatric and counselor providers in a team-based format.
