Job summary

BlueSky Telepsych offers clinician-led, patient-centered behavioral health services via telehealth. Clinicians practice from home with flexible days and hours, focusing on evidence-based care and patient privacy.

We emphasize collaboration between psychiatric prescribers and counselors, with monthly case discussions and virtual team meetings. Licensing in multiple states is welcome and full-time staff may receive medical insurance benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be fully licensed as LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LPC and open to licensing in additional states.
• Significant clinical experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with diverse populations including LGBTQ+ and transgender communities is desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Solid computer and basic technology skills.

Responsibilities

• Practice from home with autonomy to act in the patient's best interest.
• Caseloads build rapidly and staff coordination is encouraged.
• Collaborate with Psychiatric prescribers and counselors to coordinate care.
• Attend monthly staffings to discuss cases and clinical topics.
• Participate in virtual clinical team meetings and continuous learning.
