Job summary

BlueSky Telepsych is a clinician-led behavioral health company focused on making high-quality mental health care accessible via telehealth. Clinicians work from home with flexible scheduling, practicing in the patients' best interest and avoiding corporate interference.

We support teams of therapists and prescribers, with regular monthly staffing to discuss cases and clinical topics. We are seeking licensed clinicians (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC) who are open to cross-state licensing, with

Qualifications

• Must be fully licensed (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC) and open to licensing in multiple states (AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, WA).
• Significant clinical experience as a clinical psychotherapist preferred but not required.
• Experience with diverse populations such as LGBTQ+ and transgender community desired.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Solid computer and basic technology skills.

Responsibilities

• Clinical work is performed from home with flexible days and hours chosen by the clinician.
• Collaborate monthly with collaborating prescribers to discuss patient cases or clinical topics.
• Operate in a team-based format to coordinate between psychiatric and counselor providers.
