Eventus WholeHealth is hiring a Clinician Support Specialist to bolster the clinical care team. You will coordinate workflows with Advanced Practice Clinicians and facility staff, support clinical services, and improve communication among patients, providers, and care teams.

The role emphasizes strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and success in a fast-paced healthcare setting, with travel to assigned facilities as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certified/Registered Medical Assistant, CNA, or PCT preferred.
• Minimum one year of patient care experience preferred; medical scribing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for daily clinical rounds with complete patient info and schedules.
• Assist clinicians with encounter documentation and chart preparation.
• Coordinate and update patient schedules including admissions and discharges.
• Serve as liaison between clinicians, facility staff, patients, and families for care delivery.
