Placements24 is seeking an experienced Senior Telecoms Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our client's telecommunications network in a hybrid role. You will lead a team responsible for network monitoring, incident management, and service delivery, ensuring maximum uptime and SLAs.

The ideal candidate has at least 8 years in telecoms operations, strong leadership, and a strategic approach to optimizing network performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications or related field.
• 8+ years of telecoms operations management experience.
• Proven leadership of technical teams in demanding environments.
• Strong knowledge of network technologies, OSS, and service assurance.
• Experience with ITIL frameworks is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead telecoms operations team to drive high performance and continuous improvement.
• Oversee daily network operations, monitoring, incident response, and problem management.
• Develop and implement operational procedures to meet SLAs.
• Manage vendor relationships and outsourced services performance.
• Drive network optimization, capacity planning, and cost reduction initiatives.
