We expect 10+ years in telecom operations, proven leadership, and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of telecommunications, cable, or broadband operations experience.
• Proven leadership experience managing supervisors, technicians, dispatchers, or field teams.
• Experience overseeing multiple projects and workforces with competing priorities.
• Strong knowledge of installation, service, and field operations in telecom.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop supervisors, installation technicians, dispatchers, and staff.
• Oversee daily field operations, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and quality.
